MY APPROACH

My role as a Certified Professional Life Coach is to provoke you to discover the clarity, confidence and commitment you need to change your experience in life and love and deepen the connections that matter.

Clarity – coaching provokes a radical awareness of, and honesty about, what you are experiencing, about what is important to you, and about the possibility of alternative perspectives.

Confidence - coaching challenges you to find the confidence to explore, discover, and engage with what really matters to you, with what fulfills you, your inner resources and how to be true to yourself.

Commitment – with clarity and confidence, coaching challenges you to make a commitment to what you do, the goals you set, and how you engage with the world. Responding to, and in conversation with you, my coaching can be light, humorous, vibrant, and always energizing.  At the same time it can be difficult, challenging, disruptive, involving fierce questions and looking awry for alternative perspectives. It can also provide some solace while at the same time evoking you to move forward. Emotions, metaphor, embodied experience, stretching comfort zones all come to play a role.

Coaching can be used to help you achieve a variety of goals. As clients vary in terms of their own progress and time constraints, sessions and packages are tailored depending on your specific needs.

Pricing is based on the number of sessions which would be most appropriate for you to reach your desired goal.

My role is to listen, ask questions and help you come up with powerful actions that move you step by step towards your goals. Your role is to take action. Coaching mainly has an impact between sessions in your daily life. To achieve growth, you have to do the work and I hold you accountable.

PERSONAL LIFE COACHING

You may be feeling stuck in your current professional or personal situation. Or you may be dealing with positive or negative changes in your life. You want to do something about the situation, but you’re not sure what. Coaching gives you a chance to pause, let go of day-to-day worries and tap into your deeper wisdom. This helps you look at your life from a new, more relaxed perspective. Where are you now and where do you want to go? What’s holding you back? How are you going to get there and with whom? By finding the answers to these questions, you are able to take responsibility, make choices and take action. And in taking action, you gradually reach your full potential and feel fulfilled.

RELATIONSHIP COACHING

A good relationship coach will assist you with the “inner game” of relating. I have determined that the one thing that stops us from having good and glorious relationships with anyone and everyone is the un-examined, unquestioned beliefs we hold onto concerning what it means to relate to one another.

In other words, the “inner game” means being willing to examine and change any of the thought patterns and beliefs about yourself and others that prevent you from having the relationship experiences you want. A coach can act as a valuable asset in this process.
